Terms of Use & Privacy Policy

 With using Candace Beach Photography, there are a few terms and conditions. I do ask that with using Candace Beach Photography, that you do NOT put any filters or edits on the photos via Instagram. Also,  Candace Beach Photography can also tag you on facebook of the photos from the shoot if you would like. At the beginning of each session I do ask that you sign a waiver stating that you agree to these terms of use and if it is ok if I put pictures from your shoot up on the website and/or Facebook.
